7:30 — Arrival & Free Choice

Children are welcomed individually. Quiet choices — books, puzzles, drawing — while everyone settles in.

8:15 — Circle Time

Songs, calendar, story, and a check-in. Every child says their name. Every child is seen.

9:00 — Learning Centers

Small-group work in literacy, numeracy, sensory, and creative stations. Teachers rotate, observe, and record.

10:30 — Outdoor Play

Climbing, running, sand, water. Gross motor development and social negotiation in real time.

11:30 — Snack & Rest

Warm meal or snack, followed by a rest period for younger children. Quiet reading for older ones.

12:30 — Afternoon Activities

Art, music, simple science, and project work. Hands-on, guided, and observed.

Early-literacy and numeracy tracking

Teachers record phonics sounds mastered, number sense milestones, and fine motor progress. The system flags children who may need extra practice — so the teacher decides what to do next, with better information.

Teacher dashboard: who needs a check-in this week?

A simple weekly view shows which children have not been observed in a particular domain recently. This is not automated teaching. It is a quiet reminder for a teacher who already cares but has 22 children to track.
